Transfers - Cancellations If you transfer or cancel a booking 21 days or more before the start date of the course you will be charged an admin fee of £30 + VAT No refund will be made for cancellations or transfers received less than 21 days before the start date of the course. All cancellations, transfers and other changes to bookings must be confirmed in writing or by fax. Costs for individual places on Training Exchange Courses 1 day courses £125 2 day courses £210 (Management & Leadership course £250) 3 day courses £295 Concessionary places and group rates are available on each course.
