Aim

To develop participants’ knowledge and understanding of working with groups.

   
By the end of the course participants will have had opportunities to:

  • explore stages of group development
  • identify some key skills for group facilitation
  • discuss practical ways of overcoming problems in groups
  • explore issues in co-facilitation
