| NB Please make sure that you wear suitable clothing for the yoga. Any tight or constrictive clothing will feel very uncomfortable and prevent you from doing the poses properly. Leggings, tracksuit bottoms or shorts with t.shirts and sweatshirts are all ideal. Bear in mind you may get quite warm and then cool down afterwards, so please dress appropriately.
Bare feet are recommended during the yoga.
It is essential that you run through the checklist we provide to inform us of any health issues, even if you think they may not be relevant. If in doubt, please tell us anyway. |
