Aims:

  • to give participants a greater knowledge and understanding of the current poly drug using culture
  • to explore best practice in working with people with complex substance use
   
Particpants will have opportunities to:

  • gain knowledge of the possible interaction between different substances
  • explore the nature of four different drugs including alcohol
  • highlight particular risks with poly drug use and alcohol
  • explore barriers to sevices for poly drug and alcohol users
