Promoting Self Esteem print version | course feedback

 
This course provides an introduction to helping adults and young people (14 plus) build self esteem. It is for anyone who provides ongoing, developmental support to people with low levels of self esteem either individually or in groups. Participants find out about the core components of self esteem and apply them to a model for assessment and development. Practical interventions are identified to help others build their self esteem.
