  • To develop confidence understanding and skills in dealing with difficult & aggressive behaviour in work related settings
   
  • To increase understanding of violence, its causes and context
  • To explore their own and others responses to anger and aggression
  • To examine what happens in a violent incident
  • To determine their own strengths and weaknesses and those of their working environment
  • To develop strategies for preventing and dealing with difficult & aggressive behaviour
