To equip participants with the skills and knowledge they need to resolve conflict.

  • identify practical strategies for overcoming obstacles
  • identify personal conflict styles
  • reflect on people’s differing values & beliefs
  • chart conflict situations as a practical way to examine and act
  • identify best practice in setting the scene for negotiation
  • identify ways to deal with inappropriate behaviour
