Course Aims:
- To develop participant’s understanding of workplace bullying
- To learn effective strategies for reducing and dealing with bullying
|
|
|
Course Objectives:
By the end of the course participants will have had opportunities to:
- Define bullying (as distinct from harassment) and explore relevant law
- Understand the various forms that bullying can take and the signs that it is happening
- Understand the impact of bullying on individuals and teams
- Understand why traditional, formal interventions rarely work
- Develop strategies for reducing bullying
- Learn two effective interventions for dealing with bullying
