What people say

"Phil is a great facilitator, he was neuro-affirming and he spoke about RSD, which is often not taught. Lots of breaks which is good for someone with ADHD."

ADHD Clinical nurse Specialist, Community Drug & Alcohol Team (Carmarthenshire), September 2025

"This has been a wonderful course. Helpful to understand how ADHD is associated with brain function and strategies to help minimalise effects of ADHD slow working memory. The workbook was very comprehensive, with lots of toolkits in. A very skilled and knowledgeable trainer, who has a grasp of how the brain works. For me this was particularly important to put into context."

Course participant, December 2025

"The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and shared this with us. Thoroughly enjoyed and feel better equipped to support clients with ADHD or without diagnosis."
